In honor of National pie day, I will share a very easy pie recipe.
1 can eagle brand cream
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 tub cool whip
Remove the label from the can of cream. Put the WHOLE CAN of cream can and all, in a large pot of water. Boil can of cream for three hours. Allow can of cream to cool for about an hour. Open can of cream, which will be carmel now and pour it into the crust. Top with cool whip and now you have a lovely carmel pie.

This pie sounds delicious. I have heard of doing this before but have never tried it. Guess I really should. Hubby loves caramel, so would enjoy it.
